Participation Guidelines
By clicking "Submit" below I understand and agree to abide by the following:
I am aware that this activity is occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic and will follow any guidelines, if any, set out by the State of California and the requirements of the location(s) we will be visiting at the time of the event.
The Danville d'Elegance Tour is a driving tour, taking place primarily on public roads. No portion of the driving is a competition or race and anyone participating in the event categorically understands and agrees to drive in accordance with traffic laws and prevailing road conditions and be considerate of other road users. The organizers reserve the right to exclude any participant from proceeding any further in the event, with no refund due, should it become apparent that the participant is driving recklessly, posing a danger to themselves or other participants, or becomes the subject of an official police report.
Registrants must possess a valid drivers license and valid insurance to drive on public roads in the USA. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any registrant for any reason.
The vehicle you enter in the event must comply with all US safety and emissions rules that apply to that vehicle, and that vehicle must be road legal in the state in which it is registered. The organizers will accept no responsibility and participation in the event will be refused if your vehicle is found to be non-compliant. There will be no refund of entry in this case.
It is your responsibility to determine whether or not you are adequately rested and in sufficiently good health to participate in the event. Note that there is zero tolerance for driving under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating or illegal substance. We reserve the right to conduct routine checks at any time during the event.
As a condition of participating you will be required to sign a waiver prior to the start of the event, the terms of which will supersede these Guidelines.
You agree to display any supplied event decals and/or stickers on your vehicle without modification.
