Beat the heat and get off your feet! Relax in the comfortable and cool VIP reception area at Mangia Mi. Space is limited, sign up now!
8:00am – 11:30am – Breakfast includes a buffet, bloody marys, mimosas, coffee, tea and juice
12:00pm – 3:00pm – Lunch includes an assortment of lunch items, beer, wine and soft drinks

Sept 19 - Tour Logistics
We would like to thank our long-time sponsors, Cole European in Walnut Creek, for their continued support!
- The Tour d’Elegance begins at Cole European in Walnut Creek, CA, located at 2103 N Main St, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Google Maps and directions.
- Our destination is AXR Napa Valley in St. Helena, where we will enjoy lunch, a raffle, and live auction together!
- Check-in will open at 7:00am, along with morning refreshments and socializing. Please arrive by 7:30am and be sure to sign in at our registration table where you’ll receive your route book and any other instructions.
- Check your fluids and gas up before you arrive.
- When you arrive, please place your car in our departing lineup, and be sure to have our “Tour” decals applied to your car.
- Coffee and breakfast will be served during our morning welcome briefing and we’ll try to grab a group photo too.
- Departures will get underway at 8:30am so that everybody should easily arrive at the lunch destination for wine tasting, lunch, auction and raffle.
Sept 20 - Concours Logistics

- This year, the event entrance is on Diablo Road W, NOT West Prospect. Please plan on taking the Diablo Road exit from the freeway.
- Registration is open at 7:30am – 9:30am (dealers, please plan on arriving between
7am-9am). - You will check in via Registration on Diablo Road and receive your goodie-bag and
directed to your parking location. - The race car parade will be early in the event! Set to start approximately 10:15am.
- The awards will start at 2:45pm for SCCA, Ferrari Club, and Best in Show. Also, the
SCCA San Francisco Region will award the annual SCCA Championship Trophy at this year’s final event of the season. - The Town of Danville and Danville Police require that ALL vehicles must remain in place until the show concludes at 4:00pm.

If you have purchased entry to the VIP Experience please see details below. If you haven’t, it is not too late! You can purchase VIP Experience tickets online and at the event too – $175/pp).
Check in at the desk in front of Mangia Mi and give your name, you will receive your wrist band and passport card for each paid guest. The desk at Mangia Mi will be the ONLY place where the wrist bands are available for pick up or purchase.
With your wrist band, you will be able to enjoy the VIP Experience at Mangia Mi, Kaia’s and Harvest at the following hours below:
